What We Cannot Help With

Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we are technically unable to help with master password recovery, decrypting your vault data on your behalf, or accessing any of your stored information. This is by design — it is what makes MyBookmark secure. Please ensure your master password is stored safely offline.
