Master Password Responsibility

Due to zero-knowledge encryption, we have absolutely no way to recover, reset, or bypass your master password under any circumstances. If you lose your master password, your encrypted data is permanently and irreversibly inaccessible. No exceptions. Please store your master password in a secure offline location.
Data Loss
While we take every reasonable precaution to maintain data integrity and service continuity, we cannot guarantee against data loss in all scenarios. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup of critical information stored in MyBookmark. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs through service outages, account deletion, or any other means.
Security Limitations
While MyBookmark uses industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption and zero-knowledge architecture, no security system is completely infallible. Security also depends on factors within your control — including the strength of your master password, the security of your personal devices, and your own operational security practices. We cannot be held responsible for breaches resulting from weak passwords, compromised devices, or user error.
Crypto Donations
⚠️ All crypto donations to MyBookmark are entirely voluntary and strictly non-refundable. Always verify the wallet address carefully before sending any funds. Always confirm you are using the correct blockchain network (ERC20 for Ethereum and USDT). We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or via incorrect networks. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
