MyBookmark provides a free web-based encrypted vault service that allows users to store passwords, bookmarks, and private notes using AES-256 zero-knowledge encryption. The service is provided free of charge and is accessible via any modern web browser.
Permitted Use
You may use MyBookmark only for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activity or to store stolen credentials
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the service infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations
- Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud any other person
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your master password. Because MyBookmark uses zero-knowledge encryption, we have no ability to reset or recover your master password. If you forget your master password, your encrypted data becomes permanently inaccessible. We strongly recommend storing your master password in a physically secure offline location.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency changes at any time. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from temporary service unavailability.
Data and Encryption
All vault data is encrypted on your device before being transmitted to our servers. We store only encrypted blobs that are technically unreadable without your master password. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you choose to store.
Intellectual Property
The MyBookmark name, logo, design, and all original content on this website are the intellectual property of MyBookmark. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this service is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MyBookmark is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be continuously available.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service, without prior notice and without liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of MyBookmark after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
